This video demonstrates how to add videos, photos and audio content to the website.

Tip: If the video is slow to load, or you only want to watch a certain section, set the volume to zero and switch to another browser tab or window.  After 10 mins the video will have downloaded and you will be able to select any particular section by using the slider bar. Remember to turn the volume back up!

* Some people have reported flickering on YouTube videos when using the FireFox browser.  Trying viewing the video in High Quality by adding  &fmt=18  to the end of the YouTube URL (the link above) or just  &fmt  for a low quality version. 

** If you cannot see the video player above you are most likely using Internet Explorer 6 (IE6).  You have our comiserations, but that's all.  IE6 is broken software and you really should upgrade to a working browser, such as IE7, IE8 or, our recommendation, Firefox 3
